I was going to say 1989 Skyway TA 600 for the second one, but the rear dropouts are wrong for that and they look much more like Redline with the slight bend.

So I'm guessing it might be a Redline frame, not sure about the forks

Not a clue! but i kinda like the top one.......looks a tad Aaro Pro (ish) but like Manuell....I know nothing  :-\

I would say the top is a Tange frame of some description but I don't know which one.
