Frame identification help appreciated! (Ammaco?)

I'm guessing the crank would just miss those chainstays.

the rear dropouts and the standers look a bit like freeagent to me ?but rest is ammacco ish maybe .

Hmmm.. this is getting very interesting!!  :o  Now i am really curious to hear one day what it is.
Here's a detail shot of the headtube/support gusset if it's any help. On the background you can see a cable guide between twin toptubes. Bottom bracket inspection showed that the frame has previously been red and blue though i strongly doubt either one is the original color, i don't know.
