HELP supergoose year ? ? ? ?

i am wondering if the bike at the top of thread could be a mongoose california - not californian
sure its in the US 1983 cat - gussetted goose with pro class rims etc

interesting crossover between gusset and non gusset models
with that 'C' BB gusset
moza J2 is either sept or oct 1982 (depends if "i" was used as a month letter)
so mid to late 82 which rings true to the first pro class's arriving on the scene

cheers I knew it was 82 but not what year, I knew mine had the second generation dropouts. Now we need to find what the top bike is :D
