ACS stickers wanted

Anyone know where I could get a set of stickers for these ACS tangent levers?



It was a thin silver metal plate with ACS printed on it in black (one lever had it "mirrored") and it was placed over the hole in the lever where the cable slipped in.

Any help appreciated.
