What Do You Think Is The Rarest BMX Component

<< < (5/13) > >>

Lazarou:
Standard did a similar thing in the early 90's no doubt Rick Moliterno was inspired by his time on the Hutch team.

darkersomeday:
aaah its a plate that sits between the grooves in the rollers!

the tube pulls the bracket and the bracket/plate up into the rollers, are they cam shaped to spread the caliper arms?

so it would have bosses/mounts on the forks to carry the whole thing? like a more modern u-brake would need?

did hutch actually make that fooking gold plated stuff???!!

harris:
yes hutch had the gold stuff done for woodys rides, but the later stuff was done by someone else so im led to believe.

gt0733:
keep it simple, i say  :D that brake is not really a popular item, therefore makes it rare. too easy.

a popular item BITD that i haven't seen recently are Grab On MX3 grips. so if you're trying to build a 1982 Geg Hill GT replica, look out  :'(

Lazarou:
Profile billet wheels......

....or Peregrine 16's......
