What size is a Redline 401 spindle - is it 19mm

I  need to buy a top hat washer for my Profile cranks and Biagio sells them on Vert-ego for Redline flights. Is the spindle size on redline flights 19mm the same as my profile spindle?

For the sealed bb type then yes, 19mm.

Actually thinking about what I said above, it doesn't matter if sealed or not!!
