Any quick guide how to's on this, my only experience is with Autosol, but I'm after a mirror finish on a Tuf Neck.

That article is ace, but incredibly long winded.
If you want to have a go at polishing your own parts then buy a polishing kit from Ebay, you will get 3 different mops of varying courseness (is that a word?) and 3 different polishing compounds as well as a drill attachment.
You basically use the coursest mop along with its compound on a drill and polish until it starts to shine up (albeit with scratches).
Next use the next coursest mop and repeat as above, the piece will then start to look a lot shinier.
Finally use the softest mop and repeat above until the piece shines like a chavs bling!!
Basically practise the above and you will be able to get really good results.
