Sealed Bearings - oops.

in fact only use wd40 on grips
don't spray it in your cables - use regular oil.

it was teflon spray not wd40,
Im very familiar with how wd40 degreases stuff.
Id just bought it for using on my suspension fork legs (as suggested by rocks shox)
it was just there, i was sticking wheels on - the bearings looked grubby so I just did it.
It did turn out though that , sinilarily with wd40 it stripped most of the grease out.

Buy some new bearings, they only cost a couple of pound...

i use a stanley knife to carefully remove the outer cover
and packed mine with copper grease
profile bearings mine are
and did the bearings in me hubs too
