Diamond set stem!!!

diamond dean:
After seeing Damien Hirsts diamond set skull on T.V. i thought alloy is used to mix with gold . And as im a setter and alloy not that hard i'd have a go at setting a stem..
 only got as far as rough marking !!!

This is a job i did in silver with black and white cz stones set in it and stem should look like this:
Will keep ya posted as it could take a few stones and i want it to look mint . let me know what ya think??
