Can you dye brake cable outers?, i want to change colour.

are spin masters the detanglers that have one cable going through the top of your stem body, into the spinny bit and two coming out, if so i need one and where can i get one from?

in my neck of the woods black cables fall from the trees. white ones left the building with the dodos  :shocked: there is no way i would dye a white cable just in case i needed it for a future build.
