Replacing the liner in a Bell Moto 4

Guy, just bought an old Moto 4. I would like to replace the liner with a new one from a supplier in the US (see pic).

Has anyone done this? Is it easy to change? Do you need to remove the trim?

Alternatively, can you remove the current liner and wash it?

Help appreciated, as always.
