I've got a set of Profile cranks on a bike and I have a profile extraction tool.

How the fook does it work? I've screwed it all the way in then what. I'm not normally this thick but this has just stumped me. :-[

Take a big hammer and twat it one Si
They are designed so you dont damage the threads or spindle end when knocking them out,
