It is NEW OLD STOCK - doesn't mean to say it's isn't fooked.

Its an odd one for sure cos you expect NOS to be perfect
but i have found stuff in bike shops , that has never been used so in practice its NOS but been thrown around and left on a shelf for 20 years so its worse than good used condition
