Anyone know this "RETRORB" guy?

I paid this guy £40 (two weeks ago) for some CW bars advertised on this site and which have not arrived. He won't answer my emails either and I'm a bit pissed off. Does anyone know him? His name is Rob Alvis. Would love to know where he lives....

Yep, he's a top chap. I bought his T/A f&f from him and he even delivered it. I'm sure there's a perfectly good explanation.
