I've had payment withdrawn via Paypal . When an item is paid Paypal instantly complete the transaction to you. They then go to obtain the funds from the winner and nothing is there then :2gunsfiring_v1:. They withdraw the payment. :'(
I would be wary did'nt some else else say that Paypal withdrew his account????

With the e-cheques,they can take upto 11 days to clear, look out for"completed" next to the transaction in your paypal account, the paypal fees will also be taken out at this point, its worth pointing out though that payments can be withdrawn in cretain circumstances,if the buyer insists they have not received goods for example.A good idea is to keep copies of all communications with the buyer and make sure any goods that are to be delivered are signed for and the proof kept.
As far as a standard issue personal cheque goes, once funds are cleared 99.9% of the time you will not have a problem, again in certain cases the buyer may ask his bank to recall funds using similar stories of,non received goods, goods faulty or not as described,in cases like this you will be notified by your bank and you can have a say in the matter, again, keep all correspondence from the buyer and any delivery documents, its a shame that a few idiots can make everyone so paranoid :'(
