Mongoose Californian

I've been collecting parts for a Mongoose Californian frame for what seems like ages now. Anything 'Goose related that I thought would go with the overall look I had in my head I snapped up. The frame itself needed a little tlc, and having moved house recently it was wrapped in bubble wrap long ago & forgotten about.  :( Had a sick day today off work as I was suffering from severe man flu last night, so to cheer myself up I decided to dig out all the parts to see if I had enough to finish the bike.

I have heard how well the 'Goose frames can clean up, so I attacked the frame, forks & bars with Auto Glym...and what a result!

Spent all day prepping the frame and then started to build it up. It's by no means to factory spec, and some of the Goose parts are from other models, but I'm happy with it's overall look.

And lets face it...its gotta be better in your eyes than my Burner's  :LolLolLolLol:  Hope you like it chaps :daumenhoch:

Cheers
Dave

Very nice build, makes a change to have yellow parts instead of the usual black/blue..  :4_17_5:
