bought some nos comp iii's from johan in belgium, he posted them on july 11, found a manky parcel in the recycling bin today, bet theve been there for a week, the tyres are spot on, i wouldnt  mind so much, but the postie lives 4 doors away >:(, why do they do it? its a bin?
