SKYWAY FRAME PAD SIZE

could anyone tell me the dimensions of a skyway ta frame pad ( open, flat) in inches plz, as i think ive be conned with a bar pad instead, cheers, fog.

I say that was near enough yes mate.

Bar pads are noticeably smaller than that.
