hoffman big daddy

hi all,

i got a hoffman big daddy last week (another project, opps) but can someone tell me how to find out if its SE made or not and what the difference is between them, did hoffman make their own in house after SE?

inside rear n/s dropout will have a serial number,no HB istamped on front downtube gussett and flat bottom plate at chainstay to bb
that goes for us made apart from serial on bb .
or let me no serial and were it is as i have a few different models

the first serial numbers started with B4 then 4 numbers on inside rear dropout

having some trouble seeing a serial # (very thick paint job) will probably find it when i strip it,

theres no HB on front downtube gusset, and it is square behind the BB,

after the SE versions were they made abroad ?

my serial numer is B4 0114 and its in big letters and should be easy to spot.
i not look under bb .
the flat part is the underneath as well as the top ,like a box section.
after se they went to ramp room hoffman made usa same as se model apart from serial number in different place
