So we all want skinwall comp III's
Waxintaxin:
i saw a bike part catalouge a while back and lots of stuff seems to still be made ,levers , seats stems ,the only issue is that to import them you would need to order a shed load , ie 1000 or 5000 minimum order
then you need to find a shipper , import licenced carrier , it needs to be a major import thing going on
its an idea , but not one i would want to do as it would cost someone a load of cash , and who would want 5000 of 1 thing ?
first step is getting hold of a catalouge of parts that currently are sold to russia for kids bikes ( like a set of brakes or pedals) and then you can decide if looking to import stuff is a good idea

I'm off to the US in 2 weeks, shall I see if I can get some? Any particular type or size required? I'll see if Lastic bloke will let me buy a dozen or something if not too heavy :)

20 x 1.75 and 20 x 2.125 would be popular am guessing, if you are serious Lou it may be easier to post em back/get the bike shop to ship em to you(if they will do the right thing on the customs declaration  ) save you the hassle of carrying etc
