What hubs are these?

OK, got these today, they are on some Sumo Rims, look nice but no idea what they are?

I just had a quick search, they do not ring a bell with me.

The only reference I could find was KJ LOOSE BALL HUBS -

So maybe they where a standard on Sumo wheels?

They are very similar (yet the hubs are slightly different)
