ACS Potts mod II levers: dismantling:partic spring removal!

Hi all can anyone help?
Trying to dismantle my ACS brake levers as lock-out springs gone all rusty & need resto: these lock out once brake applied as I am sure most of you know, being the font of BMX knowledge, & I see no way of removing them other then breaking em...then of course I shall be needing replacements.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance!  :)
