yeah, can be an issue, there are a couple of slight 'flat' areas where the welds were polished just a little too hard on the Floval, but not really that noticable....

the secret to not polishing out welds is to use a slower motor ,takes a bit longer but its worth it to keep them lovely welds ;) i use a 1400 rpm motor which less than half the speed a polisher would use ;)
