hyrogen peroxide H202. We use it in the semiconductor industry. It doesn't come in liquid form past 30% I think, but thats well enough. That burns skin, and turns it white. 30% is probably too strong for bleaching.
Ask the chemist when you buy a pack of johnnies.

yeah sourced 40% in liquid and white bleach powder from a hairdressing supplies locally, mix it up into a past and try not melt my wheels!!
