Hi mate
I posted the colours up on the Raleigh site and painted my own Team Pro in the Peugot blue from rattle cans. It's the teensiest bit darker that the RAL blue.
You could get a sample from a powder coates of the RAL 5005, they can give you a matchbox sized piece of metal with the colour on which you can take to a painter for a colour match.
