what do you do on a sunday if you dont go bmx'ing?

usually try to do something 'family-ish' in the morning, i.e. swimming/walk/etc, then by that time i'm going spare, because sunday afternoon is 'dads' time'.
after that i mite get to tinker with my bmx hauler before heading to the skatepark-

quick little motors them..
i generally do something in the labratory,build some wild creation,then a few hours later realise what i have done
then go back and strip it all down.
