I have just ordered a couple of things and they have charged me twice and I have never recieved either of them. They have ignored my mails and you can't get through on the phone.

On the VISA bill it shows up as Cycle City London, I googled it and they have a shop in London. I phoned them and it is them and they reckon they have had problems with their phone/mail over the past few weeks and they will get someone to contact me today. I'm a bit sceptical though so that's why I am going through the process of getting my money back through the VISA company.

I will let you know if they get back to me.

Tried calling the number and it goes straight to answer phone with no pre-recorded msg.
