what is my gt?

what is the difference between a performer and a pro performer? i bought this a while back now and it was advertised as 86  usa made frame and forks. The serial number is on the left drop out and the number is 1860069 also on the left drop out it is stamped  F S or P S (cant see 100% that its F or P) So is this a performer or pro performer and is it usa made .
