I bought some gear off him, but he is not registered anymore and dont want to loose out on my purchase :(

file a claim straight away he has ten days to reply , which he wont. then it goes in your favour , but i dont know what that means with way of refund , etc, as his ten days are up with me tomorrow , so i ll let u know how i got on on next week :daumenhoch:If i had my way his days would be numbered full stop :2gunsfiring_v1:

Thanks for the advice, filed a claim already.
based on past history , if he has cancelled his account and done a bunk then we wont get anything back ... all that happens is that paypal give you the claim in your favor and then leave it as an open debt until they re-signup to paypal which could be never.
