Yep.. that's the budget "Apollo" model.
Curiously the frame looks identical to my early Sentinel Scorpion Frameset? The joints are "lugged" and brazed instead of welded and the frame is made of "mangalloy". It feels pretty heavy but I would imagine it is very strong. The rear dropouts look the same but the gusset is clearly different on the kuwi! The forks that come with these frames are Tange TZ1200 Champion!
