Anyone been to One Minute Park in Saffron Walden?

my lad is planning to go at the weekend with a few of his mates skateboarding..........anyone been there? what's the atmosphere like?  is it friendly?  is it open to all or managed by people? and do you have to pay to skate or ride?

its quite a smart little place ,i dropped in on the way home from rom a month ago
great for skateboarding with some great lines,bmx are ok but limited not to run pegs on some bits.
