HELP!!TIOGA H/SET PROB ON DP FIREBIRD F/S

Hi guys
picked up my DP FIREBIRD FREESTYLE FRAME & FORKS today from SUPER BIKE DAN who did n awsome job, HE D MAN!!!!!!!!!

My  MAJOR PROBLEM guys is tried fiting a NOS TIOGA MASTER DL headset and the bottom cup is to to small n wont fit its like a dick in a bowler hat. any suggestions guys.

a pic would help, can't remember what the Master DL headset is all about.  The head tube isn't flared at all is it?

Frames ok. cant put any pics up at the mo. its the bootom cup it just falls into the tube as if it were for a smaller bike

I know there is a smaller headset than the 1 inch but can't imagine that you'd have different sized cups with the set have you checked that the top and bottom cups are the same diameter?  If they are then it will be the frame, maybe you could get a shim made up or use some trusty old electrical tape to get shim it out  :daumenhoch:.

If its 1" threaded, then both cups should be identical shouldn't they?  Perhaps there's a mix up in the headset packaging?
