Pro class rim tape / other.... what's best ??

I need some black holes on a pair of pro class wheels...

What's the best way to achieve this ??

and where can I source this from ?

Anywhere online to get this type of ribbon from ??

Would you then use 2 strips of electrical tape right round the inside of the rim... as it'll be about the same width as the ribbon ?

I got mine from the local craft shop.

The ribbons normally a bit narrower then the electrical tape but still do 2 lots,as to stop punctures from the spokes  :daumenhoch:
