Hutch Donut seat clamp bolt size needed

Just got me self a lovely chrome hutch seat clamp, but its missing its bolt, any ideas on the size and thread I need?

mark 2:
5/16 x 1"  UNC , but get the matching nut to make sure if it's a japanese made one :daumenhoch:
