it takes a long time for a phone number to be re-issued - exactly for that reason.

We moved in July and our old number still does not work.

Yea,thats what i'm afraid of..ebay are pretty wonk with their cut and paste replies thye send you,but Paypal are good with the refunds mind you.They take no messing if the seller is found to be dicking around,so i have faith in that at least.Its worked for me before.

Naw, that used to be the case, but in conjunction with ebays buyer protection which they offer, you get the dosh and they claw it back from the sellers card or bank account.

 i was gonna buy some bars off this gezza but then he decided to change the price after i told him id have them . just as well by the sounds of it think he must be a bit of a tosser

i bought a stem off 'marsbar' from on here, took nearly a month & a lot of nagging to get here but did turn up in the end
