Haro Frame - Think it's new school

Just been offered a Chrome Haro Frame and although it wasn't quite what i was after i am thinking of giving it a go anyway but before i do thought i would try and get some more information on it. The bottom of the frame is stamped with RV L0D followed by numbers but i couldn't quite catch them, anybody have any idea's what type it is?

This is my first post and i'm only new so be nice Fella's.
