lol. thoughts are with you dude, but you are in plaster cos you is well past the novice stage.

hope i don't end up in plaster, cos 2 weeks after i hit the slopes for some plank skidding.

I've heard different things about your slam Sean.  So far I've heard one hander, one hand one footer and no hander.  Which one was it? All of those seem to be beyond the novice range.... ;)
