Driving through Walthamstow today

The queen and myself were driving to my Mums in Walthamstow when a young lad on a chrome BMX caught our eye, I slowed right down and immediately recognized the stars and the hutch logo. We pulled up and chatted to the kid, he had been given it by a neighbour nearby. It was a Hutch pro Raider in great nick, looked all original except new school tyres. I asked if it was for sale but alas no. I gave him my mums address and said if he changed his mind to knock and leave a phone number.

I always drive round Walthamstow looking at the bikes, just in case its an ACE frame lurking in the side roads.  ::)

a geezer would have got out, picked him up firmly and plonked him on the pavement..whipped out a roll of fifties, peeled off three and stuck em en his top pocket...
