Old school Parts prices here and in the States - your thoughts?
Swivel:
Guys, but do you reckon that old school parts are really drying up? I know prices over here keep rising on certain items and have done a lot over the last year but is that due to lack of parts available here in the UK or is that because there is such a demand for old school parts? i.e. more popular they are the price rises etc..
In the states prices for some items haven't really changed all that much, you can still pick up decent bits and pieces including NOS at sometimes less than half the price compared to over here in the UK. It seems with us UK lot, we horde stuff but in the states things just keep coming on the bay, even stuff you think is obsolete just keeps popping up for sale and selling at reasonably low prices...
What are your thoughts?

The real cheap stuff is usually the stuff that doesn't ship to the UK!

Things keep popping up over there because there is shed loads of it over there compared to the UK .
Swivel:
I think you're right mate, its a much bigger country but there is still that high demand and their prices aren't rising like ours though ???
Mattdub:
