Finally finished what will become my NEW race bike.

Its a VERY rare Robinson Amtrac that I somehow managed to haggle from Zippy.

This is how she came to me about 4 months ago, F&F's and battered chrome.

She was then Powdercoated by Impreziv Finishing (FHMReader) in 'Super Mirror Red', and it looked awesome!! she has sat in my spare room at the side of the PC as I collected the parts I wanted.

Hope you guys like, I am thrilled to bits with her and just hope she rides as well as she looks...

Araya Aeros have been polished as has the Redline chainring, would have liked a set of Hutch beartraps to finish her off but I really can't justify spending Â£200+ on a set of pedals to race with.

Thanks guys...

Its been a novelty building someting other than a Burner.. apart from my Aero Reflex, this is my only None Raleigh BMX...

It was always built to race, which I why I have chosen some lower priced parts like New Flights, 901's and VP Pedals... but I did want her to look the nuts as well...

No. Plate will go on later and then I'll take her for a spin... she makes her Race Debut on Sunday.

On all my rear MX1000 and 900's the quick release and weinmann adjusters are on the right side of the caliper?

its currently sat with a 40T... but I have a 44T at the polishing shop... just hope its done by the weekend or I am gonna be very tired on Sunday evening...

I thought perhaps you had 15 on the back , that'd still be quite spinny though

Race the 40t for a laugh & come back on here sunday night ( if yer not exhausted ! ) and tell us how yer legs feel

leave the 40t gearing and use a 14 on the rear, bit harder than 44-16 but good for top speed

Currently running 39-14 on mine almost the same as 44-16
