red line stem?

picking up a bike tomorrow with six stud stem i think its redline any good?? never seen one before
anyone?????????

There are a few Torker ones knocking about.

dont know what the bike is its old school but not sure, its got no numbers on it except by the rear drop outs the stem has got R L on it with six alan key studs which ive never seen b 4

could be a early 90`s stem as i have a redline stem like that here .,if frame a rl 20 let me know as after one of them
