I aquired this free, from freecycle, it doesn't show in the pic, but there was rust under the gold coating

so first thing I bought was this:

then some tyres, seat, seat post and pedals to get it rideable.

A 85 master F+F in need of resto. My dream bike of BITD.

Costed me around £30 3-4 years ago, still not finished, what a shame  :-[
I had the time to achieve other builds though !

this KZ83 from Marty (MRBMX) shipped to UK from Australia in 2005, I stumbled across the laserlite on ebay by accident and then also the old Rad and other sites from a link in his auction. Then the fun began getting all other parts and other bikes bits and bobs and much lower bank balance ;D

2 years ago I bought a Redline PL20 frame and forks from Sandro on ebay. I still race the same bike and I love it. The parts have continually changed as I break/wear them out.

I raced it last weekend in the mud at Braintree >:D

A long time ago, in a land far away!

Well I pulled My 91 master out of Storage.

Then My wife found a 92 master F/F on BMX Museum. So I built this.

Then I sold My 91 Frame and fork to A fellow Radster.
Then I was looking for a Hoffman Big Daddy, But found this one late nght on Ebay.

So i built this up.

then I found a Chrome Big Daddy.

then i ebayed My 92 masterframe and fork.
Bought this.

So now  have The Standard Shorty and 2 Big Daddy's.

the chrome One is on Ebay right now.

I'm Saving Money right now for my dream Fame and fork right now.(To be reviled wen i get it.)

Ebay was the reason I got into Old School - simply found people selling bikes from my youth.

my first purchase was a NOS 84 quad from Alan's 5 years ago. I raced NE region and only knew 2 people with Quads back in the day - Flash Gordon and Jay Parker (his was green!).
I used VintageBMX until I found RAD and the UK scene around 3 / 4 years ago...

Was back at my mum's for Xmas and checked out my old bike from BITD - I plan to restore my MRD expert this year. Still got all bits, frame in need of a polish, Araya 7L wheels need to be re-spoked
