Chrome or Black

My black Vector turned up today.... Hurray.
Ok...i have 2 sets of Factory decals for it.... one chrome backed set and one black backed set. Can anyone tell me if the black backed decals go on the black frame or is it the chrome ones.?
 I have seen chrome framed Vectors sporting both so i am confused :uglystupid2:.... thanks guys
