Skyway pads

I got some  "Skyway designs" pads one is a frame pad the other is a stem pad........the handlebar pad has california lite and is a slightly dfferenent design.
Am I right in thinking that the cali lite pad is earlyer?? and the design ones are later??
If not whats the difference?

Indeed
the cal lites are the more sought after as they are not so easy to find in stem or straight handlebar pad
