Sorry to throw a spanner in the works but that spindle could be 20mm and not 19mm, you need to measure it to be sure. I saw some 20mm bottom brackets on ebay for £5 the other day. :)

Verniers a gogo, the guvner is quite right it could be 20mm  :)
