New tuff's and axle sizes

Can anyone tell me if a brand spanking set of tuffs run 10mm or 14mm axles or are 14's just an upgrade for new school stuff.

Generally they are 10mm or 3/8's BUT you can order them with a kit that takes them up to 14mm if required, have a look at the colored tuffs website, www.coloredtuffs.com as they list them with the two options (they do but you have to look for it LOL) :daumenhoch:
