not really, you can remove them but the removal process will kill the adhesive.

You could try using a hair dryer to warm the adhesive up and stop you from stretching the sticker, but it is not fool proof and i think you will loose the stickiness. i have used a hair dryer before to take stickers of but only so i don't have to scrub the frame.

Redline:
If ya peel em off carefully and very slowly you can then use a light dusting of spray mount and stick them onto card... then they can at least be reproduced accurately!
