Pro Class wheel help

I got some Pro Class wheels on a bike i got from Munners last week.

I am not planning on using them and had not paid that much attention to them until last night when I put them up for sale. Today i have noticed that they are bigger than normal wheels and I am confused.

What have i got here????  :LolLolLolLol:
