Ammaco mate. Think its the Pro Racer frame from Ammaco  :daumenhoch:

mmmm.... ok deffo sure its an Ammaco frame but the forks are not Ammaco's at all.

forks look like tange arx ?

edit - not arx, as they didnt have the hanging washer holes above the dropout
