Skyway tuff wheel question

bmx xxx:
hi brought some black Alloy Hub tuffs, they have a few small digs nothing to bad but beeing a tart,
i want to make better,
whats the best way,
i think i remember you can sand down, but want to check first,

hi gary, I've sanded some tuffs but it can dull the surface a little bit if they're still a bit glossy, or maybe if you went down the grades in the paper and wd40 the lot to give it an overall shine it'd be alright.
